SCREEN PRINTING PROCESS

This additive makes any color ink puff when dried. It varies in height depending on the percentage (max 10%) added. Requires low mesh (60–86) and spot color artwork.

A clear, shiny layer printed over Plastisol to enhance durability and vibrancy. Simple to apply, it reduces dot visibility and prevents fading.

Plastisol ink mixed with reflective metal particles. Offers a shiny look and is best used with spot color art and low mesh screens.

Contains phosphorus for a greenish glow after exposure to light. Typically used on dark garments with a white underbase and printed with a 155 mesh screen.

We mix techniques like puff with glitter or metallic for unique effects. Ask us about other creative combinations!

Printed graphics mimic embroidery using artwork tweaks and a puff underlay to add texture.

Ideal for multi-color illustrations. Requires high mesh (305–355), uses large dots and produces variations due to dot gain.

Best for photo-realistic graphics with color precision. Separates artwork into 6–12 spot colors. High mesh required.

Printed using a nylobond additive for better adhesion. Slow process; each layer must be flashed before the next.

Includes suede, clear, HD, Roc-Base and more. These custom additives enhance texture and appearance for specialized artwork.
